Shipping policy
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via reputable courier services. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Times
- Unbranded stock items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Branded / customised items: Production takes 4–7 business days after approval of your branding proof. Lead times are confirmed with your quote.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 1–3 business days
- Other areas: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery Need your order urgently? Express delivery is available for orders required within 24–48 hours. This must be arranged and confirmed at the time of placing your order. Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Bulk or large corporate orders may be quoted separately.
Tracking A tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
