How far in advance should I place my golf day order?
We recommend placing your order at least 7–10 business days before your event. For large orders (100+ items) or complex branding, allow 14 business days. We offer a 24-hour express branding option for urgent orders — contact us on WhatsApp to confirm availability.
What is the minimum order quantity for branded items?
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product. Most branded items start from 25–50 units. Some items like golf balls have a minimum of 1 dozen. Contact us and we'll confirm the MOQ for your specific product.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Absolutely! Many of our clients order a combination of branded golf balls, caps, divot tools, and goodie bag items for their golf day packages. We'll coordinate everything into a single delivery.

What branding methods do you offer?
We offer a range of branding methods depending on the product:
- Embroidery — caps, golf shirts, bags
- Screen printing — t-shirts, towels, tote bags
- Laser engraving — metal items, trophies, pens

- Sublimation — full-colour all-over prints on clothing

Do you offer 24-hour turnaround on branding?
Yes! For select products and small quantities, we can turn around branded orders in 24 hours. This is subject to stock availability and artwork being provided in the correct format. WhatsApp us on 065 399 2082 to confirm if your order qualifies.
What artwork format do you need for branding?
Please supply your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG) where possible. High-resolution PNG files (300dpi+) are also accepted. JPEGs from websites are generally not suitable for embroidery or engraving. We can assist with artwork setup — just ask.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes — we provide a digital proof for all branded orders before going to production. You'll need to approve the proof in writing before we proceed.
🚚 Delivery & Logistics
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all major centres across South Africa. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days after production is complete. We ship via courier and will provide a tracking number once dispatched.
Can you deliver directly to the golf course or venue?
Absolutely — just provide the delivery address and contact person at the venue when placing your order.

How do I get a branding quote?

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at 15% will be added to your invoice. Branding costs are quoted separately based on your requirements.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes — the more you order, the better the price. We offer volume discounts on most products. Get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote for your event.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange branded items?
Unfortunately, branded/customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or the branding does not match the approved proof. Please review our full Returns Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order on delivery. If items are damaged, photograph them immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 065 399 2082. We'll arrange a replacement or credit as quickly as possible.
