Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are custom branded specifically for your business or event, we are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed (i.e. different from the approved artwork proof), please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange a reprint or refund at no charge to you
  • Items must be in their original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed or engraved items (where artwork was approved)
  • Golf balls with personalised logos
  • Clothing with embroidery or sublimation print
  • Items that have been used or altered

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested before artwork is approved and before production begins
  • Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued
  • A 10% admin fee applies on cancellations made after order confirmation

Unbranded / Stock Items

For any unbranded stock items (if applicable), returns are accepted within 7 days in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are for the customer's account.
