Refund policy

All branded/customised items are non-refundable unless defective. Unbranded items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to sales@teeandco.co.za or WhatsApp 065 399 2082. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days. We provide a digital proof before branding — we are not liable for errors on approved proofs.
